As Executive VP, COO and CLO, Monica oversees the Legal, Real Estate, and Human Resources Departments and is responsible for the operational aspects of DP Fox and the Cape Eleuthera Resort and Marina.

Monica focuses on working with the Legal, Real Estate, and Human Resources Teams to ensure fulfillment of the mission of providing remarkable services while achieving the group’s strategic goals. In her role with Cape Eleuthera, Monica provides strategic oversight and management of the family’s resort and real property investments in The Bahamas.

Monica is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in political science and communications and received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. She is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association, and the National Association of Dealer Counsel. She is also a licensed real estate broker.
