As President and CSO, Diane develops the corporate vision and strategy, overseeing strategic planning and leading strategic initiatives with the executive leadership team. Diane is also the President & CSO of Fox Motors.
Diane started at DP Fox Ventures in 1993 as the firm’s Vice President of Finance. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer a few years later and to Chief Operating Officer of Fox Motors in 2009. She has handled acquisitions of all Fox Motors dealerships in her role as CFO and COO starting with the very first one in 2000. Diane previously worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1987-1993 as an Audit Manager and as a financial consultant to DP Fox.
Diane lives out the vision of creating impactful opportunities by serving on various nonprofit boards. She serves on the One Starfish Foundation Board, where she was a founding member. She also serves as Chairman of the Board of Our Daily Bread Ministries (ODB) and is a member of their Executive Committee and Finance and Audit Committee. She is the past Chairman of the Personnel, Finance and Audit Committee for ODB. She also serves on the West Michigan Policy Forum Board of Directors and is a member of their Executive Committee.
