Dan is chairman and CEO of DP Fox Ventures LLC, a diversified business development and management company with interests in real estate, fashion, transportation, sports and entertainment. Founded in 1993 by Dan and his wife, Pamella, DP Fox Ventures LLC employs more than 2,200 professionals through companies including Fox Powersports and Fox Motor Group, a retail transportation group representing 63 manufacturers at 47 locations in Michigan.

He is a partner of CWD Real Estate Investment and co-owner, CEO and governor of the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League. Dan serves on the AHL executive committee in his role with the Griffins. He also owns the Grand Rapids Rise of Major League Volleyball and is co-owner of AC Grand Rapids, a professional soccer team set to join MLS NEXT Pro in 2027.

Dan is president and CEO of Cape Eleuthera Resort and Marina in the Bahamas and a partner in Georgian International, based in Barrie, Ontario.

In addition, he serves as chairman of the Orlando Magic and is a member of the NBA Board of Governors. Dan also sits on the board of directors at Amway, the world’s largest direct-selling company.

He is active in philanthropy through the Daniel and Pamella DeVos Foundation, which focuses on the arts, education and community. Dan serves on the board of trustees for Hope Network Foundation and Northwood University, his alma mater, in Midland, Michigan. He is also a co-chair of the Grand Valley University Foundation.
