Jason Olesnavage serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of 
Fox Motors, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s automotive division across Michigan. Based in Grand Rapids, he leads Regional Vice 
Presidents and Directors while focusing on strategic execution, OEM 
partnerships, operational alignment and scalable growth across the organization.

Jason joined Fox Motors in 2018 after building leadership experience across 
multi-state retail automotive operations and technology-enabled dealership 
platforms. His background includes executive roles in dealership management 
and dealer operations strategy, providing a broad perspective on performance, 
scale and operational excellence.

A Michigan native, Jason attended the University of Michigan, where he was a 
place-kicker for the Wolverines football program. He earned his bachelor’s 
degree in economics and a master’s degree in sports management before later 
earning his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. 
He is also a graduate of the NADA Academy.
