Deep Creek

Deep Creek Holdings, LLC, was established in the fall of 1998 when it purchased the Bank One Building (currently known as the Chase Building) and the 300 Ottawa Building (formerly, the Frey Building), located in downtown Grand Rapids.

The two buildings have over 260,000 square feet of class-A office space, including underground and surface parking for 385 vehicles, meeting rooms available for rental, and on-site amenities such as a bank, barbershop and restaurant. The two buildings are located within walking distance to all downtown restaurants, entertainment venues, museums, municipal buildings, the Medical Mile and other professional office buildings.
